The room was a good size and the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, including fresh towels (despite us leaving them on the rail - we would have been happy using the same ones). Bathroom was well equipped and shower was super powerful. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even at 2am when we had a plumbing issue. Free wifi was much appreciated and when we had a problem with it the staff dealt with it quickly. We didn't use the pool, or the bistro, or the small self-service refreshments shop, but appreciated them being available. There's also a small business area with a couple of computers and a printer, which was really useful.Hotel was in a fantastic location, close enough to get into downtown Dallas for just a few dollars on Uber, but far enough out that it was quiet. Couple of restaurants nearby too.
Our room had everything we needed - except tea bags! Being English we like our tea and there was only coffee in the room, despite the details on Booked.net specifying tea/coffee. We were given a couple of bags by reception, but regular tea would have been awesome.
I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this room was spacious, clean, had wonderful extras (wi-fi), extra plugs on lamps, etc.
The little restaurant made our whole stay! It was quick and delicious!
Staff very helpful and attentive!
No construction, but it wasnt inconvenient at all.
Renovation, newness feeling, cleanliness.
Did not like the pillows. Needed to be firmer. Parking could have been better. No handicap parking to be seen for Courtyard.
Staff were great so we're facilities and location
Room for 3 people too small
Staff were nice and rooms were clean.
Staff told us they upgraded our room to two queen double beds. We booked a king bed room. Going from a room with a king bed to a room with two queen double beds is not an upgrade for a couple that sleeps in the same bed!
Easy access to market, clean, friendly staff. Very pleasant.
Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean.
I was charged an "incidentals" fee. We did not use anything; no water bottles, no alcohol, we didn't take any towels, etc. We paid cash for our room, before we even slept in our beds. Fee was added late. It caused several items to not be paid from this checking account, and I was charged overdraft fees. THAT SUCKS. I don't know if it has been reimbursed, yet. There should NEVER have been a charge.
The rooms are well-equipped, well-furnished, with nice decor, and very comfortable bed and pillows. The common area indoors is well-decorated, with comfortable seating conducive to lounging or business conversation. Starbucks coffee is available. The courtyard and pool are beautiful. The staff is very helpful. The location is convenient to downtown either my freeway or back roads.
Renovation was underway in some areas, causing minor inconveniences during my recent stay.
staff was nice property was close to event I was attending
ice maker was out of order I had to go to another floor. room was at the back of the property but the elevator was being used by construction workers and I was traveling with a disabled person. using the stairs was inconvenient rooms were not cleaned until 5 pm the day after checking in
We chose this hotel because of its location next to Medieval Times. The room was laid out very well, with a sink outside of the bathroom. Even though I was in bed, less than 12 inches from the shower on the other side of the wall, I could barely hear water running!
Rooms rates don't include breakfast. Our room was on the small side, and did not have a fridge or microwave.
The beds were very comfortable and we were, QUITE LITERALLY, next door to our destination. ...... Medieval Times. I would stay there again, if a Handicap room is available
My only complaint.......there were 2 of us that cannot walk long distances, a one year old and a very tired 4 year-old.....and our room was, ALMOST, as far from the front desk as it could possibly be. (And yes it was on the first floor and yes I requested handicapped)
Not enough parking, no coke in snack store.
You could smell the toaster from the Bistro in the hallways and room.
